1. Choose Service

   Email or phone call: Personal, Corporate (Professional), or Custom.

2. Add recipient details at checkout

   
   Enter the recipient’s email or phone. Sharing a short context is optional.

   Privacy: we use this info only to deliver your apology and purge it within 7 days of delivery. We never sell data.

3. We deliver and send proof

• Email: we send the message and email you a screenshot/confirmation (personal data redacted where appropriate).

• Call: we place the call and email you time/date + summary.

• If you purchased the Recording Add-On, we include the audio only if the recipient consents (see #4).

4. Call Recording Add-On (+$50)
   

   We start the call with: “With your permission, this call may be recorded to share with [Client Name]. May we record?”

• If the recipient declines: we don’t record and refund the $50 add-on (the call still happens).

• If they agree: we record and send you the file.

5. Emails and Calls that cannot be delivered, due to:

• Invalid email addresses

• No answer from recipient for calls (5 attempts within 24 hours)

• Prohibited content

  We will issue full refund within 2 business days.
